Bali Orchid Spa Management

Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully.

We always do our best to accommodate any requests or changes (subject to availability) as long as they comply with the guidelines outlined below.

By accepting the reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Appointment

We strive to ensure that all our guests enjoy their time at our spa. Therefore, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary check-in procedures and avoid impacting the next guest’s reservation. Please be aware that arriving late will result in a reduction of service time with no adjustment in the tariff. Kindly note that Bali’s traffic can be unpredictable, so plan your journey accordingly.

Rescheduling

Should you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to fulfill the request with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice in advance (subject to availability). Notices given less than 4 hours prior will result in being unable to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation & Refund

If you need to cancel your appointment, please refer to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made up to 12 hours prior to the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, as well as no-shows, will result in a full cancellation (no refund).
